About Us:

We are located in the Bannock County Landfill Complex located at 1500 North Fort Hall Mine Road, Pocatello, Idaho 83204.

Our Purpose:

As part of the Bannock County Public Works, the Bannock County Code Enforcement department is here to help evaluate concerns about compliance with County ordinances and State law.  We will investigate all non-compliant issues and work with the property owner to come to a reasonable solution.  Select the Code Enforcement tab above for more information and to file a complaint.
